I'm an introvert, but my art isn't
When it comes to promoting my work, two contrasting facts are undeniable.
1. I’m an introvert
I’d rather hide than show that I have things that I’ve created that I would like to sell to others.
2. but my art isn’t
The things I make just are. I can write about them because they are not me.
They are things I’ve created, and it’s easy to step outside myself for a moment to chat them up, no problem.
After that, I can hide in my creative cave again and create new things.
That’s how creativity thrives, no matter how scary one aspect of it is.
