  • not much writing this week as I’ve been away for a couple days and then needed to recover but I did edit two journalling projects on paper, need to put the edits in my documents and then look for beta readers
  • Wrote some poetry again! So happy that softest of voices is returning

  • Jesse Q. Sutanto - Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (with ten extra stars for the audiobook. I loved it SO much!

Creating

  • Been doodling up a storm using my new flexible paint markers. Here are two of my creations :)

abstract doodles on a rock (my first!) and a small canvas
  • have rediscovered love for making dotty things, dotting all over a canvas etc with paint (markers)

Watching

  • Rooster. A random click on HBO, but boy, it is so much fun to watch!
  • And started to rewatch The Mandalorian as movie prep.

Watched

  • Maul: Shadow Lord. Such slow storytelling but I like how it shows the ruthlessness of both Maul and the empire.
  • Book of Boba Fett. Hated it so much. There's a rant about it on Mastodon somewhere lol

Blog updates

  • updated my statuslog to match this site and it now has its own url
  • added the analog and digital tools I use on a daily basis on a new page

Other random things

  • Have only done yoga last week at the gym as I wanted to test out both their teachers. I loved the style of teaching from one of them more so I'm going to continue with his classes.
  • love my new Campsnap camera and have posted lots of pictures (which can be found via this tag)

To do

  • add links I love (and then put them in my raindrop with a link to that list here)
  • add a /carry page
  • Or add new pages on all things I use daily, ie what's in my bag, what's in my planner bag, what’s in my pencil case
  • a media page with all the things I’ve posted here earlier and tossed in the updating process
  • a page of favourite books/graphic novels.
  • a changelog because I like that sort of thing, or a colophon or or or head explodes
  • add a why page, because now I've learned about the existence of that concept, I really like it
