My defaults, an update

This list was first published on 26 December 2024, I've changed so much since then that I decided to post the whole list again.

The categories are mostly cobbled together from other defaults lists with some additions of my own. And, because I'm like that, I also add where I prefer analogue over digital.

📷 Photo: Hipstamatic classic, sometimes iPhone camera (it sucks tho). However, I'm mostly using a couple of digital and analogue camera's.

🟦 Photo management: DigiKam on my mac (hadn't realised it was ported to mac, dumped apple photos as soon as my pics were in Koofr) 📆 Calendar: Google calendar (still looking for a good alternative for a calendar my husband and I can share)
📁 Cloud File Storage: Koofr, tiny bit on iCloud (archives)
📖 RSS Reader: Miniflux, bought hosting through their site to support.

🌐 Browser: Firefox (testing various browsers to replace it eventually, currently most liking zen browser)
🔎 Search: Kagi
💬 Chat: Google chat, WhatsApp (looking for a chat app to replace google chat, want to degoogle completely)
🔖 Bookmarks: Raindrop
📑 Read It Later: Bear
📚 Reading: Kobo (use the app on the go, otherwise I use my Libra 2), and physical books of course.
📄 Writing: Bear
🎨 Art: procreate (and paints and sketchbooks and pens and such) 💰 Budgeting: spreadsheet
🎧 Music: Doppler (or Sansa Clip player) for mp3's (and a record player for vinyl 😁)
