my iPad pondering doodles

I was working on my old iPad this week, it's the 2018 iPad and I hardly use it because it's slow and some of my regular software has stopped working on it.

But yesterday I was too lazy to go back to the bedroom to fetch my MacBook and, when I was a bit bored, I looked in an app I fell in love with instantly when I first started using this iPad: Inkredible.

It's a handwriting app with some magics to make your handwriting look super smooth. It was full of doodles and notes I hadn't seen in ages, and one of those doodles was the one at the bottom of this post.

I have no idea what I was working towards with this page. Maybe a self-care card set, or I was pondering ideas for a blog post, as those often started with doodles in the app.

I haven't used the app in years, but seeing my ponderings makes me realise it's such a useful thing to just scribble myself to ideas. And of course I didn't need to use an iPad for that, in fact, I scribble and doodle myself to blog posts in my journal or on random notepads a lot too.

But seeing my handwriting and doodles all pretty like this did something to my brain.

So if there are random doodles showing up in my blog posts all of a sudden, it's me diving back into this practice on my iPad mini.
