weeknotes for week 38 2025

šŸ—“ļø 15 to 21 September

✶ I so love how James took me on a walk through one of my favourite cities.
✶ I’ve spent two days watching the autumn winds and rains torment the land. It’s so comforting :) Really happy to see that it will be warm and sunny on Friday in the forecast tho. I had really hoped for an extended summer, but September wants to be autumnal so far :)
✶ So far, Star Trek Strange New Worlds season 3 is a mixed bag. Last week’s episode (s3 e7) was awful, but this week’s episode, four-and-a-half vulcans, was a delight. I just was giggling so much and it was such a satisfying conclusion. The post credits made me laugh so so much!
✶ Had my first Pumpkin Spice Latte. It’s delicious but far too sweet for my taste :D (I have eliminated most sugar from my life, and now everything with even a little bit of sugar in it is too sweet)
✶ David rescued an old MacBook
✶ I’m still loving FarmRPG, it’s perfectly casual but also turns me into a fanatic when I need certain rare items. šŸ˜‚
✶ I've bought two more books in a series I'm reading in my own shopping mall, thanks to the new store I found in there. Am definitely going to order my books through that store now.
✶ I wrote a poetic musing about autumn that I love (I don't like to re-read things I write, but this keeps drawing me in)
✶ On Friday the weather was so nice and warm that I had to head out, write in a cafe and do a LOT of shopping 😃 walked so much without problems. Yay.
✶ I wrote a dear creative soul letter about creativity and gratitude
✶ And it’s officially autumn. Summer was a bit blah to be honest but I am so grateful I was able to do stuff :) And wear pretty dresses.

The snapshot of the week is of a puzzle I did, my first wooden puzzle and I love it so much.
