You have done enough
Dear Creative Soul,
This is a letter for when you are hard on yourself when it comes to your creativity.
For when you doubt yourself and your progress.
For when you think that what you've made isn't up to par and you need to do more.
For when you are angry at yourself because you think that you haven't spent enough time creating.
*You have done enough. You are enough. Your work is good enough. *
Breathe these words in and out, let the words sink in. You have created enough, your work is good enough, you have done enough, you have worked enough.
Let that fear slip out of your body and replace it with contentment. That contentment is such a great place to create from.
Writing this letter with a sense of peace and a smile on my face is so much better than the anxiety I felt when I started to write it.
And no matter what, whatever you create after you’ve breathed in “Enough” is going to be great. It’s going to be good.
It’s going to be enough.
